STMN: Pork Chops and Roast Vegetables

I thought I’d go with variety and have roast vegetables tonight, rather than just the potato I had last night. Probably should have taken the picture before I put the gravy on. Unfortunately I didn’t.

Ingredients

Potatoes
Onions
Mushrooms
Pork Chops
Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
Gravy

Method

  1. Cube potatoes and par-cook them in boiling water.
  2. Peel and chop onions then place in roasting tray
  3. Peel mushrooms and place in roasting tray
  4. Put par-cooked potatoes into roasting tray
  5. Cover vegetables in Garlic and Herb Sea Salt
  6. Put pork chops into roasting tray
  7. Put roasting tray in oven until meat is cooked and potatoes are cooked.

Result
